OMEGALOX COMPLEX® is a food supplement containing high-dose fish
oil (1000 mg per capsule). Omega-3, Omega-6 and Omega-9 blended
from 3 natural oils with vitamin E for a healthy heart and normal blood
cholesterol.

The EFSA (European Food Safety Agency) covered impressive health effects: EPA & DHA contribute to the normal function of the heart.

The beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 250 mg of EPA & DHA, from all sources. Although the body can form EPA & DHA from ALA, deep-sea-fish is the direct and most effective source for EPA & DHA.
ALA and LA, both contribute to the maintenance of normal blood cholesterol levels. Although the beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 2 g of ALA, respectively 10 g of LA, and from all sources, it is hardly probable to have that gap in supply.

Oleic acid (OA) is an unsaturated fat. Replacing saturated fats in the diet with unsaturated fats contributes to the maintenance of normal blood cholesterol levels.

 1-2 capsule to be swallowed with sufficient liquid. Do not exceed the stated recommended daily dose.
